The Customer Protection Policy has been framed by the Loan Sub-Committee taking into consideration the guidelines/circulars issued by Reserve Bank of India vide Circular No. DCBR.BPD(PCB/RCB).Cir No.06(12.05.001)/2017-18 dated 14.12.2017 and DCBR.CO. PCB Cir No.01(18.01.000) dated 19.10.2018 and approved by the BoM/Board of Directors in its meeting held on 20.03.2024/30.03.2024 vide Resolution No.A.1(b)(iii) as under :
